The breeds included in this section are:- Dachsbrackes, Dachshunds, Dalmatians, Dandie Dinmont Terriers, Deerhounds, Doberman Pinschers and Dogue de Bordeaux.
The Dachsbracke resembles the Dachshund, except it has longer legs. They used to be popular with German Royalty because they were good hunting dogs. Their hair is short and thick.

The Dogue de Bordeaux breed of dog is a Mastiff from France. They used to be used as fighting dogs.
